- Enter customer payments into Intuit QuickBooks
- Enter notes in ACT! regarding payment status
- Set up clients in the system
- Send work orders to the operations department
- Verify addresses on returned mail, enter address and status corrections in all systems, and resend mailings if necessary
- Assist with large volume mail-outs of company correspondence
