Tax Masters Sales Assistant Jobs in Houston

- Verify client information, credit/debit card information, and bank routing number for client files
- Process credit/debit card payments
- Maintain tracking spreadsheet, sales log, and a sales board for the team
- Cover for the receptionist during lunches and breaks
- Answer and forward customer calls and complaints
- Fax and mail documents to clients and prospective clients
- Receive faxes and forward to the proper individuals
- Follow up with clients on outstanding agreements and forms as needed
- Work partial Saturdays when necessary (typical schedule is once every few weeks)
- Print all necessary forms, keep up with and order supplies, and create billing and operations folders for the team
- Use ACT! daily to look up and note important information, status, and documents received and forwarded
- Must have a working knowledge of computers and typical office software
